Yes, it’s time to put your snowblower away till next Fall.
A suggestion, so that your snowblower will start in the winter.
Your snowblower has worked hard all winter and is ready to be put in storage while the weather is nice and warm. Your snowblower needs special care before placing your snowblower in storage.
- DRAIN FUEL
Your snowblower needs to be emptied of its fuel. Leaving fuel in the gas tank can damage a snowblower. Start your engine and let it run until there is absolutely no gas left. - CLEAN AND PROTECT THE EXTERIOR
Salt left on your snowblower during the off-season can cause corrosion to the body or the metal components. Wipe away salt stains with a wet cloth and mild soap and thoroughly wipe it dry afterwards to prevent rust and keep your snowblower looking like new. - COVER SNOWBLOWER
Keep the snowblower covered if possible. If you leave this snow blower exposed it will collect dust on the unit and in the engine. It will also be exposed to pests, like mice, and moisture rust.
